Hello from the snow covered state of Kansas. It's not snowing much here in Salina, but it's blowing wind like crazy and it's WAY cold. I can't seem to escape this stuff.
In good news, I knocked out some good stuff in the pool the last couple of days, which is good considering I hadn't swam since last Thursday...gross!
Also, as it's so cold and blizzards are happening outside, I've only been able to run once since being here, but I'm putting in some decent time in the trainer. Truth be told, I may not be 100% on my workouts, but this is the best I've ever done.
Theresa seems to be in good spirits as we visit her home, and we are really getting excited (she is, she just won't admit it!) about the new addition to our family.
Maverick Thomas/Aspen Myler is now "full-term" and could come any day, but we're still expecting them in the middle of next month. I sure hope the little thing lets us get back to CO before comin' out!!!
