Hey everyone!!
I sure have a lot of news for ya to catch up with, but that will have to come in time. First and foremost, I have a new sponsor...Swiftrock! Swiftrock is a financial company owned by a Mr. Derin Scott who has been graciously helping these last couple months. He, and his large, friendly family, have been a huge support system for me and I am so happy to be around them.
Along w/ sponsoring my triathlon career, he has given me a job at another one of his companies, Orion Processing, where we help people with Debt settlement.
It's a great job that allows me to work and get in workouts as well.
Soon, though, I'll get a couple more sponsors and will be able to do tri's full-time! Then we will be able to start really seeing some improvements.
As far as racing goes, I won the Couple's Tri, flatted at the NYC tri, won Jack's Generic, and just recently won the Texas Duathlon State Championship at the Darnd'st Du in San Marcos. I am undefeated in multisport races so far in the state of Texas and I am hoping to keep that streak alive at my next big competition, the Austin Triathlon.
This will be a much deeper pro field than what I've seen in Austin, so it should be a great race. I have been working very hard on my swim and my biking is coming along great, so I'm confident that I'll be able to do well.
Well, that'll have to be it for now. I should be able to keep updated more often ;)
